    Gawad Kalinga
    ? Is this a charity event to raise funds for Gawad Kalinga?

    I guess its the same thing :) Some people from Gawad Kalinga (maybe Dubai based volunteers? were here and they teamed up with Mr. Parocco for this event to happen) Regards :)
